Rena Majore

Sardinia (pronounced /sɑrˈdɪniə/; Italian: Sardegna, [sarˈdeɲɲa]; Sardinian: Sardigna or Sardinnya [sarˈdinja]) is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily and before Cyprus). It is an autonomous region of Italy, and the nearest land masses are (clockwise from north) the French island of Corsica, the Italian Peninsula, Sicily, Tunisia and the Spanish Balearic Islands. Arcipelago di La Maddalena National Park is a geomarine national park on the coast of Sardinia. It covers an area on land and sea of over 12,000 hectares and 180 kilometers of coasts. This region includes all the islands and islets within the territory of the Municipality of La Maddalena, Italy. The territory of the National Park will also represent an important part of the Bocche di Bonifacio international marine park which will soon be established.

	Golfo Aranci Golfo Aranci (Sardinian: Figari) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Olbia-Tempio in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 200 km north of Cagliari and about 13 km northeast of Olbia. The name of the comune derives probably from a wrong spelling of the Sardinian Golfu di li Ranci ("Gulf of the Crabs").
	Santa Teresa Gallura is a town on the northern tip of Sardinia, on the Strait of Bonifacio. It belongs to the province of Olbia-Tempio and has 4.622 inhabitants (Istat 2005). The southern coast of Corsica can be seen from the beach. The city is one of several possible locations for the ancient city of Tibula.
